Coaching is a space in which I believe personal growth and transformation is possible with a little awareness and compassion at any age or stage of life.

I love using a variety of tools for a tailored coaching experience that meets the individual needs of each client or team. Learning how you see life through the lens of your personality is eye-opening, but learning about how those around you view it through their own lens is a game changer.
